We provide various shipping options to make things easier for you. The shipping methods available depend on the product(s) you purchase from our website or application and the delivery location. When you reach the checkout, you'll be asked to select a shipping method for your item(s).
- The shipping cost displayed for an item is only applicable if the item is shipped alone. It is determined by the shipping method you choose and the total value of your order. The actual shipping and handling cost will be calculated automatically on the checkout page.
- If packages are delivered to an alternate address than what was provided in the order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- We only ship in-stock items after processing your order. Orders are only shipped on business days, which are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United Arab Emirates. Our warehouse is located in the UAE.
- Credit card purchases will not be charged until the products have been shipped. For debit and bank card purchases, the payment is generally pre-authorized during checkout and is pending until the order is confirmed. However, the charges will be settled or collected when the products are shipped. In some cases, debit card purchases may be charged at the time of order confirmation before the products are shipped, depending on the bank set-up.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. If you choose to use this service, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for missing or damaged orders that we believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any orders addressed to a freight forwarding service are at your own risk.
